How to do ruler work with the Bernina #72 Ruler Foot
This foot allows you to sew along longarm quilting rulers to create decorative quilt designs such as lines, feathers, circles, etc. Any commercial Plexiglas longarm quilting rulers with a ¼" thickness can be used. The height of the sole of the foot makes it possible to quilt along all the edges of these rulers which is of utmost importance especially with circles.
With this technique, the feed dog is lowered and the fabric with the Plexiglas ruler is guided manually with the base of the foot resting against the edge of the ruler. Due to the adjustment dial the height of the foot can be adjusted to match the fabric thickness individually so that the fabric can be moved smoothly and without getting stuck.
Moreover, the adjustable foot height extends the scope of applications for Bernina sewing machines without the function of "automatic presser foot pressure/presser foot height".

We aim to despatch all orders received by 3pm on the same day, Monday to Saturday. If we have any delays in getting your order out, we will contact you.
When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. We will send a further email once we've sent it to confirm your order is on it's way to you. If we cannot pack/despatch your order due it's size and weight, we will contact you to discuss alternative postage options or cancellation. The vast majority of orders will not be affected by this but very occasionally we do receive orders which exceed our standard postage categories. Thank you for your understanding.

Any orders received after 2pm on Saturdays will be despatched on the next working day, ie the following Monday or, in the event of a Bank Holiday, the following Tuesday.

Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your order.
However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty in any way, please call us within 14 days of receipt on 01284 755459, or email us at sales@sewmuchtodo.co.uk. We will refund or exchange any damaged items - we will reimburse any postage costs incurred with their return and any replacements will be sent free of charge.
Any unwanted goods can be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging/condition within 14 days for an exchange or Sew Much To Do credit note. Any costs associated with the return/exchange of an unwanted item cannot be refunded.
We cannot offer returns/refunds on cut fabric and trims. If you'd like some help with colour matching before placing any orders please let us know.
