Cool, casual and modern, Billie from Tilly and the Buttons is an ultra-comfy sweatshirt or sweater dress that you can whip up in an afternoon. It has a relaxed shape, crew neckline and classic trim details. Keep it effortless with cuffed, straight sleeves, or add some drama with on-trend balloon sleeves and deep cuffs.
Choose between top length which sits on the high hip, or mini dress which finishes 10cm (4in) above the knee with gorgeous cutaway pockets. You can dress it up or down, whether you’re wearing Billie for a meeting, dinner date or Sunday on the sofa.
Billie includes Tilly and the Buttons award-winning beginner-friendly instructions, with colour photos showing you each step – making it easy for you to create gorgeous clothes you can be proud to say you made yourself.
The pattern includes full-scale pattern sheets and a colour instruction booklet.
All Tilly and the Buttons patterns are printed in the UK on sturdy FSC certified paper using vegetable inks.

Sizes: UK 6-24 (US 2-20/EUR 34-52)
Skill level: Confident Beginner
Fabric suggestions: Sweatshirt fleece, French terry, ponte, double knit, interlock or sweater knit with at least 10% stretch.
Supplies:
Fabric: See separate image for fabric/pattern sizes
Optional: Ribbing for cuffs etc...If main fabric has less than 20% stretch: regular sleeve – 0.6m (5/8yd); balloon sleeve – 0.7m (3/4yd)
Matching thread
Optional: For stretchy sweater knits stabilise shoulders with 30cm (12in) of 6-9mm (1/4in) wide satin ribbon
Sewing machine or overlocker and basic tools, including a ballpoint machine needle
Delivery
Free UK delivery for orders over £80.
Click & Collect is available at our Bury St Edmunds shop. We will call you as soon as your order is ready.
We aim to despatch all orders received by 3pm on the same day, Monday to Saturday. If we have any delays in getting your order out, we will contact you.
When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. We will send a further email once we've sent it to confirm your order is on it's way to you. If we cannot pack/despatch your order due it's size and weight, we will contact you to discuss alternative postage options or cancellation. The vast majority of orders will not be affected by this but very occasionally we do receive orders which exceed our standard postage categories. Thank you for your understanding.
If you need to amend your order, please call us on 01284 755459 or email us at sales@sewmuchtodo.co.uk as soon as possible - we will do all we can to amend your parcel before it is sent.
Any orders received after 2pm on Saturdays will be despatched on the next working day, ie the following Monday or, in the event of a Bank Holiday, the following Tuesday.

Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your order.
However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty in any way, please call us within 14 days of receipt on 01284 755459, or email us at sales@sewmuchtodo.co.uk. We will refund or exchange any damaged items - we will reimburse any postage costs incurred with their return and any replacements will be sent free of charge.
Any unwanted goods can be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging/condition within 14 days for an exchange or Sew Much To Do credit note. Any costs associated with the return/exchange of an unwanted item cannot be refunded.
We cannot offer returns/refunds on cut fabric and trims. If you'd like some help with colour matching before placing any orders please let us know.
