21 December 2020 Covid Update:
Given the immense pressures on the Royal Mail at this current time and concerns about the increasing spread of the virus again, we're pausing our international deliveries for the foreseeable future. We're really sorry about this but as everything is potentially taking so long, we feel this is the right thing to do at this time...All being well the international deliveries will catch up again soon and we'll be able to reinstate this option ... our sincere apologies to our non-UK customers.
For our UK-based customers, we're still sending out packages as before.

We will send your order on or before the next working day (Monday-Friday) of receiving payment, subject to stock availability.

We aim to despatch all orders received by 3pm on the same day. You will receive an email from us to confirm your order and a second email to confirm despatch.

If you need to amend your order once it is confirmed, please email us at sales@sewmuchtodo.co.uk as soon as possible - we will do all we can to amend your parcel before it is sent.

Any orders received after 3pm on Fridays will be despatched on the next working day, ie the following Monday or, in the event of a Bank Holiday, Tuesday.

If any item on your order is out of stock we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives, a refund or expected delivery date - if you can leave a telephone number on your account this will help us to contact you quickly if we need to.

Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect: If you would like to use this option please select 'Click & Collect: Bury St Edmunds Shop' or 'Click & Collect: Ely Shop' at the checkout.

In most cases we'll have your order ready to collect on the same day, but please allow 48 hours. To ensure we comply with safe distancing guidelines outside our shops, we will call you when your order is ready to arrange a collection time.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to CB6, CB7, IP32 and IP33 postcodes.

Local Delivery Charges: Orders over £20 - Free; Orders under £20 - £3.00.

Sewing Machines and Overlockers

We will call you as soon as we have confirmed your machine order with an expected delivery date.

Please include a mobile number with your machine order - our courier will text you on the morning of delivery with an approximate delivery time.

Some machines may be sent via the manufacturer. If you would prefer to collect your machine from your local shop, please select Click & Collect when completing your order.

Please register your new machine's warranty with the manufacturer at your earliest convenience - full details are included with the boxed machine but if you have any questions please let us know.

Please check all the accessories are included in your machine's box. If you think anything is missing, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.

If you feel your new machine is faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your machine if possible...we'd like to get any problems sorted as soon as we can for you. We will be able to advise you on the method of return.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds on unwanted machines.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your order. However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty in any way, please call or email us within 14 days of receipt on 01353 664000/sales@sewmuchtodo.co.uk. We will record your return so that we can look out for it to ensure a speedy response.

When returning items to us, please include your contact details, proof of purchase and a description of the damage.

We will refund or exchange any damaged items - any replacement items will be sent free of charge. We will reimburse any postage costs incurred with returning damaged goods.

We cannot offer returns/refunds on cut fabric and trims, unless damaged during shipping. If you'd like some samples or help with colour matching before placing any orders please let us know.

Please return any damaged goods (and retain your proof of postage) to us at: Sew Much To Do, 7 High Street Passage, Ely, Cambridgeshire CB7 4NB.

Any unused and unopened products can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days for an exchange or Sew Much To Do credit note. Any costs associated with an exchange cannot be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact as soon as possible - unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch the goods before they've left us but we'll do all we can.
