John James Milliners/Straws hand sewing needles...Milliners sewing needles are sometimes referred to as Straw needles and are traditionally used in hat making, hence the name reference to Straw since in the past so many hats were made out of straw.
These needles are long with round eyes and are ideal when used in the art of pleating and creating fancy decorative stitching, commonly known as smocking. The length of the Milliners needle makes it an ideal needle to use in bullion work and especially for creating bullion knots.

Click & Collect is available at our Bury St Edmunds shop. We will call you as soon as your order is ready.
We aim to despatch all orders received by 3pm on the same day, Monday to Saturday. If we have any delays in getting your order out, we will contact you.
When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. We will send a further email once we've sent it to confirm your order is on it's way to you. If we cannot pack/despatch your order due it's size and weight, we will contact you to discuss alternative postage options or cancellation. The vast majority of orders will not be affected by this but very occasionally we do receive orders which exceed our standard postage categories. Thank you for your understanding.
If you need to amend your order, please call us on 01284 755459 or email us at sales@sewmuchtodo.co.uk as soon as possible - we will do all we can to amend your parcel before it is sent.
Any orders received after 2pm on Saturdays will be despatched on the next working day, ie the following Monday or, in the event of a Bank Holiday, the following Tuesday.

Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your order.
However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty in any way, please call us within 14 days of receipt on 01284 755459, or email us at sales@sewmuchtodo.co.uk. We will refund or exchange any damaged items - we will reimburse any postage costs incurred with their return and any replacements will be sent free of charge.
Any unwanted goods can be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging/condition within 14 days for an exchange or Sew Much To Do credit note. Any costs associated with the return/exchange of an unwanted item cannot be refunded.
We cannot offer returns/refunds on cut fabric and trims. If you'd like some help with colour matching before placing any orders please let us know.
